I'm a physician, currently training in psychiatry.

This is my personal blog (check it out here). I write about medicine, entrepreneurship and whatever else I'm working on or interests me.

Now

• Psychiatry residency.
• Running Medfounder, a niche media business focused on medical entrepreneurship. It has a community for medical entrepreneurs, and a podcast where I interview the physicians who build companies - how they started, what worked, and what they'd do differently.

Past

• Studied medicine in Italy (che bellissima!).
• Started two businesses (before becoming a doctor):
  (1) Tour & Activity Owners, an online community of 5,000+ tour and activity operators, acquired by tech company, JungleBee Inc.
  (2) Before that, I built a pub crawl business; sold it to a larger tourism company.
  (*) Those two businesses paid my way.
• Military service for three years, as a camouflage and fieldcraft instructor.
